Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Lunara tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
